Q: I am reluctant to use my credit card for purchases over the web. Do you provide any other method of payment?

A: We understand these concerns. That’s why we have chosen a partner for payment processing who has a lot of experience in secure credit card payment over the web. As a matter of fact, credit card fraud is a lot less frequent in e-business as compared to traditional businesses. However, if you do prefer a different method of payment, we currently offer you the option of payment by cheque mailed to our office. As soon as we have received your payment we will provide you with (access to) the services purchased. Just make sure to indicate your name, address, phone number and email-address (in case of further questions) together with the products or services the payment is for.

Q: You have just started with a few products already available. Should I wait with my membership registration until you offer the full range of products?

A: ProjectCoaches.com is indeed a new offering by Thomas Mengel Integral Consulting. However, many of the services – especially the personal coaching services – are fully available right from start. Even with only a smaller selection of E-books, E-courses and tele-classes currently being offered our membership prices are very competitive given the level of quality and service that we provide. Furthermore, the savings associated with purchases in each level of membership by far exceeds the expenses in comparison to the level below even for the products and services currently offered. Finally, we actually do offer special offers during the start-up phase. So over time you will see both: an increase in services and products and in prices. Many good reasons for joining us now!
